The Gallery on Fulton
The Gallery on Fulton is a mixed-use development on the southwestern corner of Division Avenue and Fulton Street in Grand Rapids. The Gallery offers 2,700 sq ft of retail space, commercial space, luxury apartments and an integrated underground parking structure. This project is a unique initiative by creating one of the nation’s first LEED certified facilities that unites non-profit, government, retail and residential components.
The residential portion of the facility contains 56 contemporary apartments sized from studio up to three bedroom layouts and a 256-car parking garage.
The Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts (UICA) is the anchor tenant for this project and features a 8,500 sq ft of gallery space, two theatres, a 1,000 sq ft youth studio, 3,000 sq ft ceramics studio, two lounges, two reading areas, an artist-in-residence studio, and a 3,500 sq ft outdoor sculpture terrace.
