The Cancer Center at Metro Health
The LEED-Certified Metro Cancer and Hematology Center is a cancer-care facility in the Metro Health Village in Wyoming. Two major programs are run out of the 21,500-sq-ft center: medical oncology, which includes patient consultations and chemotherapy/infusion services, and radiation oncology.
The facility features 11 exam rooms, nine private infusion rooms and a common infusion area for 10 patients. Equipment vaults were constructed for a linear accelerator and a Brachytherapy, as well as a CT scan room.
