Sheldon Apartment
The historic Sheldon school building was renovated into the Sheldon Apartments, an impressive senior housing community. Triangle renovated 30,432 sq ft and new construction included 18,750 sq ft of space. The grand opening for this project was held two months ahead of scheduled completion. Triangle renovated 20 apartments in the main building and constructed 25 new cottage-style senior apartments, a community room and offices for senior service providers.
Triangle’s transformation of the Sheldon Apartments has inspired area businesses to update their facilities and improve the local neighborhood.
