Triangle was hired to help renovate the historic Park Place Hotel in downtown Traverse City. This project consisted of the demolition of the existing dome over their current conference center, pool building, and adjacent facilities to construct the new structures.

The new 16,000 sq ft conference center, which has the capacity to hold 800 people, can be separated into four different rooms with built-in partitions. Extensive coordination was completed by Triangle to install the high-tech audio and visual technology systems in this space. The construction also included a 100 person capacity board room, bathrooms, outdoor patio, and an open lounge/gathering space outside the main center.

An additional 6,000 sq ft pool, spa, and fitness center was also constructed for the private use of hotel guests.

The Park Place Hotel (formerly the Campbell House) has been a Traverse City landmark since 1873.
