The 40,000 sq ft project involved a full demolition and remodel of the Union’s lower level, second floor and third floor and began in March 2012. Construction was carried out over a phased plan by scheduling events throughout the spring, summer and fall semesters.
This $13 million project marks Triangle Associate’s fourth with Michigan State University. Our developed relationships and successful project deliveries have built the confidence in our team to complete intense projects on time and under budget – exceeding the goals set by our client.
