This competitive environment delivered bid results well beyond expected and allowed for the owner to purchase their full-suite of options after the bid while remaining under budget.
Eliminating the need for a lengthy post-bid evaluation freed up the team to mobilize for construction two weeks early and deliver the project one month ahead of schedule. The owner’s staff had ample time to set up the facility and conduct employee training.
