Indian Trails Camp

Addition Construction Management Renovation

For over 50 years, Indian Trails Camp has been committed to offering recreational camping for children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. Triangle worked with them on the construction of Kate Pew Wolters Center, a new, LEED Certified, 17,500 sq ft activity center. The new facility allows the staff to work year-round with the camp patrons in a modern, handicap accessible building. Features include:

  • Full court gym and bleachers, several staff offices, meeting rooms, a lounge/cafe area, and a full kitchen and laundry room designed to be a learning environment for the students.
  • 1,200 ft of water main and valve vault was installed to connect the camp to the city’s water supply.
  • LEED Certified advancing our region’s growing reputation for ground-breaking green initiatives.

Triangle encouraged the employed subcontractors to work together to raise a cash donation for the organization after the project was complete. Collectively, the subcontractors were able to raise a $50,000 cash donation for Indian Trails.
