The 50,000-square-foot dealership is the largest Subaru facility in the United States. The main floor consists of the Subaru showroom, customer lounge, sales and admin operations, service reception lanes, and express service center. The lower level will be home to the service and parts center.
The facility includes over 400 vehicle spaces for inventory, 22 service bays, six express service lanes, two electric Subaru service lanes and other amenities. Inside features include a living greenery wall and a working fireplace.
This dealership is unique due to a dog park addition that was requested by the client. The dog park will include a water fountain, benches and agility park for customers and employees to bring in their pets.
Starting this project as the state was releasing COVID-19 restrictions provided some unique challenges. Triangle collaborated with our trade partners to determine what we could control and made decisions based on our understanding of what was before us. The team was dedicated to upholding our high expectations and providing the best experience and product for our client.
