Fox Ford/Lincoln Chicago
Triangle served as the managing partner on a construction management partnership formed between Triangle Associates and Valenti Builders of Chicago for this new Fox Ford Lincoln Chicago dealership. This new facility is the largest Ford/Lincoln dealership in the United States and is LEED certified.
The project consisted of a new 150,000 sq ft commercial dealership on a seven-acre site located in City of Chicago’s northwest side. Long-standing existing industrial buildings were removed prior to construction. The three story building includes a two story service center and will house interior storage for approximately 200 vehicles, including a three car stacking system which is illuminated and on display in the expansive windows, 40 mechanics lifts and another 14 detail, quick lube, photo, and large vehicle service stalls.
