Dennen Steel hired Triangle to construct multiple projects over a five-year period, which included an office renovation and an addition to support their coiled steel storage and big press stamping production operations. This heavy-duty industrial facility required massive foundations with twelve-inch thick floors and deep pits on piling to physically support the addition.

The addition was a 35-foot tall, clear height area with large overhead cranes and was designed to operate a used press that was made in Germany. Our team worked with the German supplier and was able to troubleshoot problems and provide all support services in order for the press to function correctly.
This fast-tracked project was completed in twelve months.
