Dave & Buster’s
This project consisted of a 30,200 sq ft complete renovation to an existing 60,000 sq ft retail building in Grand Rapids. The newly renovated space is the new home of Dave & Buster’s, a restaurant/bar/arcade chain based out of Dallas, TX. Half of the existing 60,000 sq ft. building was demolished to make way for the new restaurant. Interior work for this project encompassed a complete renovation to the entire building including all new flooring, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. Approximately 15,000 sq ft of the space was prepared for over 200 arcade games. The new restaurant includes a full kitchen, bar, food storage, coolers and freezers. The exterior of the building is receiving masonry restoration, new windows, doors, new utilities and infrastructure, a new roof, LED site lighting and all new parking.
