Cascade Fire Station
In just twelve months, our team successfully demolished the old Station No. 1 and delivered a cutting-edge fire department facility right on schedule. This achievement was made possible through strategic planning and proactive measures. Triangle took the initiative to initiate bid packages for early procurement items with longer lead times. This forward-thinking approach not only helped control costs but also prevented potential delays stemming from late arrivals of crucial items, thereby ensuring that the project remained firmly on course.
Completed in September 2023, the new 18,300 sq ft facility showcases a range of modern features. Among its highlights are four pull-through apparatus bays and comprehensive living quarters, which include five bunk rooms, a day room, kitchen, dining room, and fitness area. Additionally, the facility boasts administration offices and a dedicated training center. Notably, the design prioritizes safety with clear separation between hot and cold zones, incorporating a designated decontamination area for firefighters before accessing living quarters and offices.
