Triangle builds Fish Ladder. Designed to allow migrating fish a means of circumventing the powerful water flow at the man-made rapids in the Grand River.

Spectrum Health Musculoskeletal Center is completed

Triangle completes it’s first LEED Certified project—The Herman Miller C-1 Building and MarketPlace

Goodwillie Environmental School is completed. Triangle Associates moves to its current office at Three Mile Road NW.

Forest Hills Fine Arts Center is completed, and among the first facilities of its type to be LEED certified by the United States Green Building Council

Saint Mary’s Lacks Cancer Center is completed as Michigan’s first LEED Certified hospital

Triangle starts working with Wal-Mart Stores

The first American Cancer Society Hope Lodge is completed in Michigan

Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts is completed. UICA was one of the nations first LEED certified facilities that unites non-profit, government, retail and residential components

Fox Ford Chicago is completed. The facility is LEED certified and serves as the largest Ford/Lincoln dealership in the United States.

Founded in 1918 as George Datema & Sons, Triangle Associates has flourished throughout the decades as an award winning and industry leading construction management, general contracting and design/build company. Rooted in a tradition, Triangle has taken the best from the past–a solid work ethic, pride in craftsmanship and an honest approach to working with people.
