Triangle was contracted by CWD for a renovation project to an occupied office building in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. Triangle coordinated the interior and exterior renovations to the historic Trust Building, Grand Rapids first high rise.
Interior renovations were completed to 5 floors including the main lobby and a 3,300 sq ft tenant suite. The exterior of the building received careful attention to help restore and maintain the historic preservation of the building including tuckpointing to the existing brick, re-caulking of all the windows, terracotta repair, sandstone repair/replacement, various washing/sealing/repainting projects, new metal cladding at windows and a new main entrance.
