The Leaderboard
The Leaderboard project involved transforming a tenant space previously occupied by a debt consultant firm into a virtual golf simulator bar, with our team serving as the general contractor. We collaborated with various trade partners, including those in electrical, plumbing, framing/drywall, concrete polishing, quartz countertop installation, flooring, and painting. Our trades division handled tasks such as demolition, concrete infill, rough carpentry, bath accessories, doors and hardware, finish carpentry, signage, wall protection, and constructing the bar. We also provided site supervision and management throughout the project.
