HighMark School Development is a premier developer of school facilities in the United States. They provide services which help the growth of new and existing charter schools including development, organization and construction. Triangle has partnered with HighMark to assist with the design and construction of these charter schools in several locations throughout the United States.

Triangle worked as the Design/Build partner with HighMark on the construction of a school building located on a 9 acre site in Palm Bay, FL. This project included a new 37,900 sq ft, two-story building which houses 19 classrooms and serves 450 K-6 students. The school also include administration offices, program support rooms, a teacher workroom, a multipurpose room, kitchen, multiple storage rooms, bathrooms, media center and computer classrooms. The site improvements include a play field area and a new parking lot with approximately 118 parking spaces.
