Nueterra

Nueterra is a for-profit leader in the development of unique healthcare delivery facilities including ambulatory surgical centers. Triangle is working with Nueterra as their national construction partner on the implementing this unique concept to be delivered in multiple locations throughout the US.

These projects are typically tenant build-outs of an existing building as well as new construction. The space is made to support the new as a medical ambulatory surgical center with short term recovery suites. Tennent build-outs are are limited to the building footprint and existing structure; however, new buildings can be designed to meet the exact needs of the suite.
