Triangle is working with Muve Health at multiple locations throughout the U.S. The Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) in Austin, Texas offers two operating rooms and supporting functional spaces. The Recovery Care Center (RCC) includes six overnight client recovery suites and supporting functional spaces. The tenant build-out is a portion of a two story above grade medical office building shell.
