Greyline Brewing

Triangle acted as the design build contractor and partnered with Greyline Brewing Co. to renovate and ready an existing facility for their new mirco-brewery and tap house. The 2,720 sq ft facility seats approximately 55 people indoors and another 20 on the attached outdoor patio. The brewery also houses a 7-barrel brewhouse and features a small deli kitchen.

The completed interior renovation of this site included re-finished ceiling, polished concrete floors, paint, new lighting, mechanical, electrical and underground plumbing to accommodate a kitchen and bar area as well as the brewery equipment. Exterior renovations included roof repairs, paint, new poured patio, enclosed cooler and sidewalk.
