First & Main of New Albany

The First & Main of New Albany is a new three-level senior living facility with 104 units. The facility offers two floors of assisted living (60 units) and one floor dedicated to Alzheimer’s and Memory Care residence (44 units). This Senior Living Facility has a “Main Street” concept to offer the residence a multitude of amenities and opportunities including multiple dining areas, a bistro, on-site theater, chapel, green house, healing gardens, art studio, spa, therapy pool and fitness centers.

This project was located in a community with very specific architectural requirements that required an extensive review and approval process. The exterior details and finishes are to be installed to local standards at a level to be well received by the community.

This project is tasked with being completed on an accelerated schedule to meet the owner’s goals for resident occupancy. A site superintendent and project manager will be on site daily to ensure the project maintains the accelerated schedule while still providing the highest level of quality workmanship.
