The renovation project includes 11,000 sq ft of corporate office space on the eighth floor of the Chase Bank building in downtown Grand Rapids. The project included perimeter office space, conference meeting rooms, training space, open office areas and various support spaces.
The design is modern, innovative and utilizes a mix of wood types, “ceiling clouds” with integrated lighting, bamboo flooring and other high-level finishes.
This project was awarded the Associated Builders and Contractors West Michigan Award of Excellence for renovations under $2 million.
