Bucktown Retail Center was developed by CWD Real Estate Investment. Located on the corner of 44th St. and Ivanrest, near Rivertown Crossings Mall in Grandville, MI, the 41-acre site was completely site developed by Triangle. Phases I – VI were completed over a three year period and included six separate buildings with over 200,000 sq ft of retail construction. The retail center included major site development work, new anchor store pads, and retail space. Triangle constructed all the building shells including several tenant fit-outs.
