50 Louis (Trade Center Building)

Triangle was hired by CWD to demolish and reconstruct the entire 2nd floor of 50 Louis to accommodate tenant improvements for AON. Triangle was originally brought on board to bring the 80,000 sq. ft. space back up to code compliance, trimming out the all the windows and finishing out the core and shell. AON hired Triangle to construct their tenant fit out which involved MEP design-build coordination along with construction of interior offices, break rooms, conference rooms, secured entrances and finishes.
