Grand Rapids, MI (June 19, 2018) – Triangle Associates, Inc. recently announced that John Raimondo has been named the company’s new Chief Operations Officer (COO). He will be filling the post formerly held by Jim Huyser, who is transitioning to his new role of Senior Vice President/Director of Field Operations.
As COO, Raimondo’s responsibilities include overseeing the performance of the construction operations of the company by providing leadership and oversight while ensuring that proper management systems and personnel are in place to deliver the level of performance required. Specific areas of oversight include construction and pre-construction activities including estimating and project development, project management and field operations. He will also manage the development and execution of appropriate construction strategies, annual and long-range plans and critical processes necessary to achieve and exceed financial and strategic goals. Raimondo is also an active member of the company’s executive leadership team.
Prior to joining Triangle Raimondo was Director of Business Strategy and Planning/International Operations at Roncelli, a design, construction and facility management company headquartered in Sterling Heights, MI. During his career he has also been with Walbridge Aldinger, Barton Malow and Arcadis. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology in Architecture from Fairmont State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from Wayne State University.
