Standard Lifters
Triangle recently completed a new 44,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, MI for Standard Lifters. This project includes 6,000 sq ft of office space with a large break room, bathrooms, and a new fitness area with private showers/changing rooms. Also included are exterior canopies totaling just under 4,400 sq ft.
Construction consists of concrete spread footings with precast concrete walls, and structural steel roof framing with metal joist and decking. Polished concrete floors were installed in the interior shop, break room and bathrooms. Carpet tile was installed in the interior offices. Office walls are a glass wall system by Haworth with sliding glass door and divider partitions
