Repositioning of a 1960s Class A mid-rise office building in downtown Grand Rapids.
Triangle was contracted by DP Fox Ventures on the repositioning of a 1960s Class A mid-rise office building in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. The 159,000 sq ft occupied building is located across from Calder Plaza and City Hall. All the public spaces in the building were updated including a new two-story open air lobby, updated common areas, upgraded elevator cabs and technology integration. The exterior of the building received new canopies, parking, lighting, signage, facade work and landscaping. The goal behind these renovations was to give the building its own unique identity as a downtown office building.
